3. Personalised Products

• You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details—including spellings, colours, fonts, uploaded images, and design selections—are accurate before checkout.
• We do not correct or adjust personalisation details unless agreed in writing beforehand.
• By submitting images, text or artwork, you confirm that:

  • they do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
    

4. Order Process

• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. This is not acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inappropriate content, stock issues, payment problems or other reasonable grounds.
• Production of personalised items begins shortly after ordering, meaning changes may not be possible once production has started.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available secure payment options.

6. Production & Delivery

• All items are handmade or customised to order, and production times vary by product.
• Estimated dispatch times are shown on product pages or during checkout.
• Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, strikes, customs, or incorrect address information provided by you.
• Risk transfers to you once Royal Mail marks the parcel as delivered.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because all products from Bespoke Ruffles & Bows are personalised, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where the item is:

• faulty,
• damaged on arrival, or
• incorrect due to an error made by us.

If any of these apply:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• You must provide a description of the issue along with clear photographs.
• A replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations are only possible before personalisation or production begins.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photographs, product descriptions, text, templates, and website content are the property of Bespoke Ruffles & Bows unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for personalisation errors submitted by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes or low-quality images).
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or emotional distress.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
